A Qi Gong Sound Bath blends gentle flowing movements, breathwork and calming sounds to help your body and mind reset. Each session begins with gentle qi gong to settle the nervous system, we also transition into the unique ancient Hawaiian practise of Ho'ponopono, leading into the sound journey experience. Sessions are infused with Reiki energy to allow you to feel completely immersed wihtin this sacred space.
